laura early

co-founder, chief marketing officer

A born entrepreneur with a striking knack for cultivating strong relationships, Laura is thrilled to call Pittsburgh home. During the last 15+ years, she’s made an indelible mark on our city in advertising, publishing and marketing. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Laura has a passion for spotting what’s innovative, fresh and fun while helping her clients raise their visibility and make lasting connections with each other. She also has extensive experience applying her marketing talents to local charities – over the years she has directed numerous successful fundraising events in Pittsburgh, garnering public support for research into Autism and cancer. Most recently, she was a member of the 2016 Class of Pittsburgh’s 50 Finest, which sponsors research into cystic fibrosis. When she’s not promoting the movers and shakers of Pittsburgh, Laura can be found in one of the city's many hot spots or doing outdoor yoga in Mt. Washington’s Grandview Park, with the spectacular view of our city as her backdrop.

sara lynn ruth

During a car ride with her father, Sara spotted a billboard that caught her attention and pronounced, "That's what I want to do when I grow up." Since that day, she has channeled her energies into design and hasn’t looked back.  After graduating from Kutztown University, she held in-house marketing and graphic design positions for several marquee brands in Pittsburgh. Inspired by Andy Warhol’s gift for fusing art with commerce, Sara approaches each new assignment with equal parts innovation and a commitment to helping her clients drive their business goals. Born and raised in South-Central, PA, she has happily made her home in Pittsburgh for the last decade. In addition to raising funds for cystic fibrosis research as a member of the 2015 Class of Pittsburgh’s 50 Finest, Sara currently serves as the Chair of the Heinz History Center’s History Uncorked event, which draws over 1,500 young professionals, as well as sits as a committee member for the annual Family House Polo Match. Sara thrives in the hustle and bustle of city life. You can often find her strolling along her two favorite streets in Pittsburgh: Butler Street in her home neighborhood of Lawrenceville, as well as Carson Street in the South Side.

kelli koladish

graphic designer

She originally set out to be a photographer, went off to southern Georgia and began a college career doing just that. But as they say, “life happens” and she ended up back at home in Pennsylvania majoring in Graphic Arts at Clarion University. And she’s never looked back. Watching small to midsize businesses with poorly thought out branding, messaging and advertising strategies, makes her feel terrible, so she’s on a mission to help small businesses do better! With experience in photography, advertising, marketing, both web & print design, as well as boatloads of expertise in the digital arena, she provides strategic solutions, creative design, and effective communication for small businesses. When she’s not behind the computer screen, you’ll find her in the garden or hiking one of Pittsburgh’s amazing parks.
